Description Kolanta
The hybrid winter rapeseed Kolanta is a medium-late variety with a vegetation period of about 312 days, adapted for cultivation in all soil-climatic zones of Ukraine. Plants reach an average height of 165 cm, have strong stems and root well, ensuring resistance to lodging. Kolanta is distinguished by high cold and drought tolerance, enabling it to successfully survive the winter and quickly resume vegetation in spring. It blooms in mid-early periods, which contributes to optimal grain ripening and active pollination by pollinators.

The hybrid is characterized by high yield potential, reaching up to 62 c/ha, as well as high oil content of about 9%. The 1000-seed mass is approximately 8 grams. The oil contains a significant amount of protein and glucosinolates, with no erucic acid, which improves product quality. Kolanta demonstrates high resistance to major diseases of pods and stems, reducing the risk of yield losses and enhancing production stability.

The recommended planting density is 30-35 plants per square meter at the beginning of the spring vegetation, ensuring optimal crop development. The hybrid's seeds meet high quality standards and are suitable for cultivation on various soil types. Due to its characteristics, rapeseed Kolanta is widely used in oil and biologically active substances production, making it a profitable choice for farmers aiming for high productivity and quality yields.
