Capitol — a winter rapeseed hybrid with high cold tolerance and adaptability to various growing conditions. It is characterized by rapid early growth and vigorous development in both autumn and spring, ensuring reliable rooting and resistance to adverse factors. The vegetation period is approximately 305 days, enabling the hybrid to successfully complete its cycle in the middle zone and areas with insufficient and sufficient moisture.

The Capitol hybrid exhibits high resistance to diseases such as phomopsis and sclerotinia, as well as high drought tolerance and pod splitting resistance. These traits contribute to stable and high yields, averaging 50 centners/ha with potential up to 71 centners/ha. Seeds undergo fungicide and insecticide treatment, which further protects plants and supports successful cultivation using traditional methods.

Capitol rapeseed is suitable for sowing in various agroclimatic zones of Ukraine, including areas with insufficient and sufficient moisture, with a recommended seeding rate of 500 to 750 thousand seeds per hectare. Its high oil content and herbicide resistance make this hybrid an advantageous choice for farmers seeking high profitability and reliable yields.
