The hybrid sunflower LG50586 CLP is a mid-early variety with a vegetation period of 106 to 115 days, developed by Limagrain for cultivation in southern and south-eastern regions of Ukraine, including Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Luhansk, Mykolaiv, Odesa, and Kherson regions. This hybrid exhibits high genetic resistance to races A-G and OR-X of downy mildew, ensuring reliable protection throughout the vegetation period. The SUNEO and ClearField Plus technologies enable effective weed control and enhance resistance to imidazolinone herbicides.

LG50586 CLP has high initial growth energy and plasticity, showing high drought tolerance, which is particularly important for areas with insufficient moisture. The hybrid demonstrates a stable high yield potential and oil content, including a high-oleic profile, making it attractive to the oilseed industry. Seeds are supplied in bags of 150,000 units, with recommended planting density up to 55,000 plants per hectare in well-watered zones and 45-50,000 in water-deficit conditions.
