LG50635 CLP Sunflower is a mid-early French hybrid from the Suneo® series, developed for the Clearfield® cultivation system. It exhibits high resistance to seven strains of bird cherry (A-G), providing reliable protection against this pest and enabling successful cultivation across various regions of Ukraine, including southern, eastern, and central areas. The hybrid is recommended for intensive cultivation techniques and demonstrates high yield potential under proper agronomic practices.

One of the key features of LG50635 CLP is its high drought and heat stress tolerance, making it particularly valuable for cultivation under water-deficient conditions. Seed oil content is approximately 50%, ensuring good production profitability. The hybrid is also resistant to the herbicide Euro-Lightning Plus, facilitating weed control and promoting healthy crops.

Average plant height reaches 147 cm, thousand-seed weight is 73 g, and flower head diameter is approximately 17 cm. Optimal plant density at harvest varies depending on moisture conditions: up to 55,000 plants per hectare under adequate moisture and 45-50,000 under water stress. These parameters allow for optimal utilization of the hybrid's potential and stable high seed yields.
