Burning Cookies

Burning Cookies is an early-maturing variety of hot pepper, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under plastic covers. Plants are compact with a semi-spreading growth habit, reaching up to 1.5 meters in greenhouse conditions. The first harvest appears 110-120 days after germination, allowing for fresh fruit to be harvested relatively quickly.

Fruits of this variety are round with a smooth, glossy surface. Their weight ranges from 20-25 grams to 80-90 grams depending on growing conditions, with wall thickness ranging from 2-3 to 8-9 millimeters. At the stage of biological maturity, peppers turn into a deep red or dark red color. The variety is characterized by high yield: in open ground and under plastic covers, you can harvest more than 3 kilograms per square meter, and under optimal conditions, yield reaches up to 5 kilograms per square meter.

Burning Cookies have a pleasant aroma with notes of sweetness and moderate spiciness, making them versatile for home cooking. They are excellent for fresh consumption, as well as for all types of canning and pickling. Additionally, the variety is resistant to Verticillium wilt, enhancing its reliability and stability during cultivation.
