FLAMING GREETING

Hot pepper variety "Flaming Greeting" is an early-maturing plant with a spreading medium-height bush, reaching up to one meter. The plant's leaves are medium-sized, green, and wrinkled, while the fruits have a conical shape with strong ridges and a glossy surface. In technical ripeness, the fruits are green, and in biological ripeness — orange. The fruit weight ranges from 7 to 12 grams, with a wall thickness of about 2 mm. The plant is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under plastic covers, and also looks great in decorative pots on balconies and terraces.

This variety is characterized by high heat, belonging to the 10th group on the Scoville scale with values from 125,000 to 325,000 units, making it one of the spiciest peppers in the world. The first harvest of bright and aromatic fruits can be obtained as early as 100–110 days after germination. Under plastic coverings, the yield reaches 2.5 to 4 kg per square meter, indicating high productivity of the variety.

"Flaming Greeting" is recommended for use in home cooking and preservation, including pickling. Its rich flavor and aroma add elegance and uniqueness to any dish. When harvesting and processing the fruits, protective gloves should be used due to the pepper's high heat.
