Pelargonium – a decorative plant that will beautifully decorate a balcony, terrace or garden with its bright and saturated colors. The flowers can be double or semi-double, and the pelargonium itself is characterized by good drought resistance, which makes it ideal for growing in open ground or in pots on sunny areas.
The plant prefers bright sun or partial shade and grows quickly after transplanting. The root system is strong and healthy, so pelargonium is not prone to diseases. In nurseries, it is grown in cups with a closed root system; after transplanting, the plant immediately begins to grow actively.
Pelargonium comes in different categories – free-blooming, ampelous, zonal and regal. Flowering lasts almost all summer, creating a picturesque view for a long time. This makes pelargonium an excellent choice as both a houseplant and an annual in open ground.
