Parsley IRINCA

Stability and Quality: Parsley Selection by Sedek

The Irinka leaf parsley variety is a result of the selective breeding work by the Sedek company and its team of experts: S.V. Dubinin, I.N. Dubinina, and A.N. Lukyanenko. This variety has established its niche in the market due to its predictable performance and adaptability. As a classic variety, Irinka remains a preferred choice for those who value reliability and consistent results in vegetable farming.

Agricultural Techniques and Biological Features

The variety is classified as mid-season, with a vegetation period of 90 to 100 days. This period is sufficient for the plant to form a robust rosette of leaves suitable for regular harvesting. The key features of Irinka include:

• High yield potential: the variety is valued for its intensive leaf regeneration after each cutting.
• Adaptability: the culture tolerates temperature fluctuations well and maintains a high commercial appearance even in volatile climates.
• Disease resistance: the traits incorporated by Sedek breeders allow for a stable yield without the excessive use of fungicides.

Application and Market Position

The main purpose of Irinka is the production of commercial-grade greens. It is well-suited for both home gardening and small-scale commercial operations focused on fresh produce supply. Due to its balanced essential oil content, the variety boasts a classic, distinct aroma that is highly prized by consumers. By choosing Irinka, growers invest in a dependable result: the variety is known for not bolting prematurely when basic agronomic practices are followed.
