Description BENNETO
The Bennito onion is a mid-late, two-chamber hybrid that can be grown both as a one-year crop from seeds and as a two-year crop from seedlings. When grown from seedlings, bulbs reach a mass of up to 300 grams, while when grown from seeds, they reach up to 90 grams. The bulbs are round, very dense, with a semi-sharp taste. The dry scales are colored yellow-bronze or light brown, and the flesh is white and juicy.

The Bennito variety is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in hydroponics. Sowing seeds is recommended at the end of April to the beginning of May at a depth of 1.0-1.5 cm using a planting scheme of 7-10x20 cm. The onion tolerates mechanized harvesting well and is characterized by good storability, which allows storing the harvest for a long time without loss of quality.

This onion variety is universal in application: it is recommended for consumption fresh and for long-term storage. Thanks to its dense structure and pleasant semi-sharp taste, Bennito onion will be an excellent choice for various culinary purposes, ensuring a stable and high-quality harvest.
