Cucumber Legend F1 is a hybrid variety developed for cultivation primarily in greenhouses and polytunnels. This medium-early variety begins fruiting 45-53 days after germination. Plants reach considerable size — up to 2.5-3 meters in length, with large, dark green leaves that have slight roughness. Fruits have an elongated oval shape, 17-19 cm long, with dark green skin covered in small white spines, which is thin but resistant to damage. The flesh is dense, without cavities, with a pleasant sweet flavor and fresh notes. The Legend F1 variety is characterized by high yield — up to 24 kg per square meter — as well as resistance to diseases such as downy mildew and root rot. This makes it a reliable choice for cultivation under protected ground. Cucumbers are versatile: they are excellent for fresh consumption, canning, pickling, and salting. Due to its parthenocarpic properties, the variety does not require pollination, simplifying care and increasing yield stability. For successful cultivation of Legend F1, plants should be placed on sunny areas, protected from cold winds, on light, fertile soils rich in humus. Seeds are sown at a depth of 1-2 cm, at a germination temperature of 13-15°C, with optimal growth temperature of 25-30°C. The crop is warm- and moisture-loving, requiring regular watering with warm water and fertilization approximately once every 10 days, as well as timely weeding and soil loosening. Harvest fruits as they ripen to maintain high quality and flavor characteristics.
