Medora

Medora F1 is an early parthenocarpic hybrid of the cornichon type, developed for cultivation both in open and protected soil. This variety is highly adaptable to various environmental conditions, including cold resistance and shade tolerance, allowing successful cultivation even under adverse weather conditions. The plant reaches a height of 110-120 cm and forms 2-4 fruits per axil, contributing to a stable and abundant harvest.

The fruits of the Medora cucumber are elongated-cylindrical, 10-12 cm long, and weigh 50-60 g on average. They have a dense skin of dark green or light green color with a glossy sheen and longitudinal yellow stripes up to the middle of the fruit. The cucumbers have large, very uniform, non-bitter, non-spicy, and non-bitter-tasting fruits, providing a refreshing and slightly sweet flavor. Due to these qualities, the cucumbers are suitable for both fresh consumption and pickling or marinating.
