Description KAMINARI
Cucumber KAMINARI is an early parthenocarpic hybrid of the cornichon type, characterized by high yield and balanced growth. It is a vegetative-generative plant type with a strong root system and short internodes, forming lateral branches that promote abundant fruit set. This variety tolerates stressful conditions well and does not drop fruit, making it a reliable choice for cultivation in plastic greenhouses during the first and second cropping cycles, as well as in open ground.

The fruits of KAMINARI are uniform, large-warted, dark green, 8 to 12 cm long, with a dense internal structure and small seed cavity. Three to seven fruits form in one leaf axil, retaining their marketable quality and shape even when overgrown, without becoming bottle-shaped. The cucumbers have excellent flavor — crisp and juicy — making them highly demanded both for fresh marketing and processing. The fruits also withstand transportation well, which is important for commercial cultivation.

The KAMINARI variety is resistant to several diseases, including powdery mildew, bacterial wilt, and also resistant to viruses Ccu, Px, Pcu and ZYMV. Thanks to these characteristics and high yield, this cucumber is suitable for both novice gardeners and experienced farmers, ensuring a stable and high-quality harvest.
