Tamriko

Tamriko watermelon is an early-maturing variety with a maturation period of 55 to 75 days. The fruits have a round-oval shape and bright yellow rind, with flesh that is tender and white. Each fruit weighs between 1.5 and 3 kilograms, making this variety convenient for cultivation and harvesting.

Tamriko can be grown in southern regions directly in open ground, or in more northern latitudes using seedlings. This allows adaptation to different climatic conditions and ensures a stable yield. The plant exhibits good resistance to major diseases of melon crops, reducing the need for frequent protective treatments and improving fruit quality.

For planting, it is recommended to use about two seeds per linear meter, which ensures optimal plant density and promotes the formation of medium-sized fruits with excellent flavor. Tamriko is ideal for those who value early harvests and high-quality watermelons with tender flesh.
