KUNTSEVSKY SEMKO is a medium-maturing anise hyssop variety known for its compact height ranging from 60 to 70 cm and numerous shoots, while maintaining its perennial nature. The leaves are dark green, featuring a sharp triangular shape with a heart-shaped base and serrated edges, making them attractive for decorative use in garden compositions.
The variety's flowers are bright blue, arranged in spike-like inflorescences measuring 2 to 10 cm in length. They are positioned on both main and side shoots, creating a dense and fragrant bouquet. The growth period from the start of regrowth to mass flowering is approximately 55–60 days, allowing for a quick harvest.
The crop exhibits good drought resistance and prefers light, fertile soils. Due to these properties, anise hyssop is easily cultivated in garden and vegetable conditions. It is widely used in home cooking to add a spicy aroma to dishes, as well as a medicinal remedy, thanks to its healing properties.
