Mishutka

Mikhutka lettuce – a medium-maturing romaine lettuce variety intended for cultivation both in open and protected ground. The head of this variety is dense, elongated-oval in shape, with green leaves that may have anthocyanin pigmentation. The leaves are juicy, tender, and possess a pleasant sweetish taste without bitterness. The variety is characterized by rapid growth and high resistance to bolting, allowing cultivation under various conditions and yielding a stable harvest. This lettuce is rich in vitamins A and C, as well as calcium and iron, which helps increase hemoglobin levels in the blood. Regular consumption of Mikhutka helps lower blood pressure, improve water-salt metabolism, and reduce salt deposition in the body. The fibers of the lettuce have a positive effect on the cardiovascular system, reducing the risk of heart diseases. Mikhutka is excellent for fresh consumption, in salads and sandwiches, thanks to its crisp and fleshy leaves. The variety is distinguished by high yield, good transportability, and resistance to cold and diseases. Sowing seeds is recommended from April to July, at a planting depth of 0.5–1 cm. Thanks to its qualities and versatility, Mikhutka lettuce is an excellent choice for home and commercial cultivation.
