Lettuce Grace

Stable Choice for Early-Season Production

The 'Gratsiya' (Grace) lettuce variety by Agrofirma Aelita is a specialized selection designed for rapid turnover and professional production. Developed by a team of experts including Natalia Nastenko, Vladimir Kachaynik, and Mikhail Gulkin, this cultivar is optimized for farmers focusing on efficiency and early market availability.

Practical Implementation on the Farm

• Production Conveyor: Given its early maturity, 'Gratsiya' is an essential component for greenhouse crop rotation. It allows growers to secure multiple harvests early in the season, capitalizing on high early-market demand.
• Harvesting and Logistics: The leafy structure forms a medium-sized rosette that is well-suited for standard sorting and packing protocols. This significantly reduces handling time and minimizes mechanical damage during transport to retail centers.
• Water Management: The variety thrives under drip irrigation systems. Consistent moisture levels during the rosette formation stage are key to achieving the desired weight and maintaining the crisp, marketable appearance of the leaves.

Selecting 'Gratsiya' is a strategic decision for operations that require predictable growth patterns and high-quality output. Its robustness makes it a reliable asset for businesses looking to optimize their land use during the early, high-margin part of the agricultural calendar.
