Description CONVERSION
The Conversion salad is an early-maturing leaf variety of batavia with large dark green leaves of elliptical shape. The leaves are strongly blistered, dense and shiny, with a wavy edge and small incisions, giving the plant an attractive appearance. The leaf rosette forms vertically, from erect to semi-erect, which allows for effective thickening of plantings and obtaining commercial rosettes weighing from 150 to 175 grams.

This variety is characterized by high resistance to a number of diseases and pests, including downy mildew, fusarium, internal necrosis and green aphid. Thanks to these qualities, Conversion is suitable for cultivation in various conditions, including seasonal and year-round production, as well as hydroponics and film greenhouses. Rapid formation of a strong and large plant ensures a stable and high yield, reaching 5.1 kg per square meter.

Conversion is recommended for sale as whole plants due to its commercial attractiveness and resistance. This variety is included in the State Register of the Russian Federation and was developed by Rijk Zwaan, which confirms its quality and reliability for cultivation in personal subsidiary farms and commercial greenhouse complexes.
