Lettuce Brighton

Brighton salad (Brighton) is an early, oily lettuce variety developed by the Dutch breeding company Enza Zaden. This variety is highly adaptable and suitable for year-round cultivation, both in open fields and protected beds. The plant is not demanding in terms of soil type, responds well to regulated watering and fertilization, which simplifies care and increases yield.

The plant forms medium-sized heads weighing up to 500-600 grams, with well-filled leaves of rich green color. The lettuce leaves exhibit high resistance to leaf burn and false powdery mildew, significantly reducing the risk of disease and crop loss. Thanks to these qualities, Brighton lettuce is ideal for fresh consumption, ensuring consistent product quality.

The variety is characterized by rapid maturity and high resistance to major diseases, making it an attractive choice for farmers and gardeners. Its reliability and resilience to adverse conditions allow for year-round cultivation of Brighton lettuce, providing fresh and nutritious leaves for consumers.
