Lettuce BUTTERBREAD

Leaf lettuce in the garden: Working with the «Buterbrod» variety

This is a case where the name justifies itself completely: the leaves are perfectly sized and structured for sandwiches; they are crunchy, lack bitterness, and retain their freshness long after cutting.

Operating features

The plant forms a neat, compact rosette of light green color. The variety is low-maintenance: standard watering and soil loosening are all it needs for a quick start.

• Stability: The variety was developed by Aelita breeders (Nastenko, Kachaynik, Gulkin), which shows in the uniformity of the germination.
• Quality control: As the patent holder, Aelita maintains high standards; the seeds sprout predictably, without major losses.
• Gastronomy: An ideal balance of softness and crunch. It transports well from the garden, provided it is not packed tightly in plastic.

If you are looking for a reliable «workhorse» for your vegetable plot that delivers results without unnecessary hassle, this leaf lettuce is an excellent addition to your seasonal diet.
