Meteor 317 MV

Meteor 317 MV is a hybrid sweet corn, belonging to the mid-season group with a FAO rating of 310. It was developed and registered in 2005 by the National Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Ukraine and recommended for cultivation in forest-steppe and steppe zones. The hybrid's vegetation period is approximately 121 days, allowing successful cultivation under various climatic conditions, including the Polissia region, where early corn varieties mature by 120 days.

The hybrid Meteor 317 MV is characterized by high yield and drought resistance, making it a reliable choice for farmers aiming for a stable harvest. Plants reach a height of 320–350 cm, have a dent-type yellow kernel, and a semi-erect leaf type. High disease resistance contributes to maintaining both quality and quantity of the harvest even under adverse conditions.
