Fazan

Fazan — a medium-late table variety, excellently suited for producing dried potatoes, as well as specialty dried potato products and chips. Due to its high starch content (18% and above), attractive round-oval shape, and uniform tubers, Fazan generates minimal waste during processing. Fazan has a pleasant taste. Rapid development of young shoots and foliage, as well as foliage closure in rows. The plant is semi-erect, intermediate type. Forms a very large number of white flowers. Storage quality is very good, storage period is medium to long.
