Vasilina

Vasilina is a cabbage variety available in various forms, including white, broccoli, Brussels sprout, colorful, and red cabbage. These varieties are suitable for both home cultivation and garden use, making them versatile for different types of gardeners. Cabbage exhibits diversity in maturation time, color, and head shape, allowing selection of the optimal variety for storage and processing.

The mid-season variety Vasilina was developed by Altai breeders and is intended for cultivation both in open ground and protected environments. The vegetative period is approximately 115 days. The plant forms a bush 130 to 160 cm tall, and the heads are flat-round, raspberry-colored, smooth, and dense, with a single head weight ranging from 150 to 250 grams.

This cabbage variety is distinguished by its good storability and ability to retain its quality and flavor for up to 6–8 months when stored properly. Vasilina cabbage is a traditional vegetable, rich in vitamins and minerals, low in calories, and beneficial to human health, making it an excellent choice for diverse and healthy diets.
