CLARA CORALS

Clara Corals is a mid-season variety of cauliflower with a maturation period of 110-120 days. The heads have an oval-flat shape, purple-violet color, dense structure, and a smooth surface, partially covered with leaves. The weight of one head reaches up to 1.5 kg. The variety is distinguished by its excellent taste, high cold resistance, and uniformity of heads, making it attractive for cultivation and culinary use.

This cabbage variety possesses valuable dietary properties and is suitable for long-term storage in the refrigerator, as well as for freezing. In home cooking, Clara Corals is widely used for canning, stewing, preparing vegetable stews, and vitamin dietary salads. Thanks to its dense structure and taste qualities, the cabbage retains its beneficial properties and attractive appearance after processing and storage.

Cultivation of the variety involves sowing seedlings in the second half of March with transplanting at the cotyledon stage. Planting in open ground is possible under film in late April - early May or without film in late May - early June according to the 35x50 cm scheme. The yield of the variety reaches up to 3.7 kg per square meter, making it highly productive and economically advantageous for cultivation.
