Description KHARKIVSKA ZIMNYYA

Late-maturing variety. Vegetative period 160-180 days. Suitable for long-term storage and pickling. Resistant to vascular bacteriosis, crater necrosis, cracking, relatively heat- and frost-tolerant. High storability and transportability. Yield 70-86 t/ha, marketability up to 99%. Head round-flat or round, weighing 1.9-3.5 kg, dense. Suitable for cultivation in all regions of Ukraine.

Late-maturing variety — 150-160 days from germination to technical maturity. Heads are very dense, round in shape, weighing 3-5 kg, juicy, white in cross-section. Resistant to cracking. Excellent taste qualities. Relatively heat- and frost-tolerant. Suitable for fresh consumption, pickling, and long-term storage up to 6 months. Yield up to 11 kg/sq.m.
