Plant protection product herbicide «Monsoon»
Begins to be absorbed by leaves and stems immediately after application, due to its high systemic activity, it quickly moves to the root system. It stops cell division by inhibiting the enzyme acetolactate synthase, which is responsible for the biosynthesis of essential amino acids. Treated weeds quickly stop growing and acquire a reddish hue within one week. Complete death of weed plants occurs approximately after 3 weeks. It eliminates only those weeds that have emerged before treatment.
The protective period lasts 1–1.5 months depending on the application rate, weed species composition and growth stage, as well as weather conditions after application.
Monsoon is safe for the crop at all recommended application stages.
Application features:
Treatment should be carried out during the period of intensive weed growth and when the corn crop is in the 4–10 leaf stage, provided that the crop does not shield weeds from the working solution. Ideal conditions for herbicide application: air temperature +15 °… +25 ° C with optimal soil and air humidity.
Application restrictions:
Do not use if seed or seedling treatments with organophosphorus insecticides have been conducted. Do not apply Monsoon in cold or hot weather, under excessive moisture conditions, or when the crop is under stress. Do not perform inter-row treatments within 7 days before or after application.
Toxicity: III class (low toxicity). Low toxicity to birds and bees. Toxic to fish.
