Highly effective selective soil herbicide for protecting sunflower, coriander, pea, vegetable and forage crops from annual broadleaf and grass weeds.
Mode of action of the product:
Promex CS is a selective herbicide. The product is absorbed by both stems and roots of germinating weeds, as well as those already emerged. Promex blocks the photosynthesis process in sensitive plants, causing weeds to die.
General recommendations for use of the product:
Herbicide Promex CS may be applied to most crops before or after sowing, but before emergence. The application rate depends on soil texture and its potential weediness. On light soils, low rates are used; on heavy soils (with high humus content), the application rate may increase up to maximum. Avoid inter-row cultivation after application, as it reduces herbicidal efficacy. In dry conditions, the working solution rate should be increased to 350-400 L/ha.
Application should be conducted at air temperature +10…+25°С.
If prolonged low temperatures occur after application, the effect will manifest later. Once optimal conditions return, the herbicidal activity of the product resumes.
Advantages of using herbicide Promex CS:
Effectively controls a wide spectrum of annual broadleaf and grass weeds in many agricultural crops;
Highly effective against field mustard and wild radish;
Significantly reduces the negative impact of weeds during the early, most critical stage of crop development;
No restrictions in crop rotation;
Long residual protective period — 10-12 weeks;
High selectivity;
No phytotoxic effect on crop plants when application guidelines are followed.
