Description Abacus
A new-generation two-component fungicide. The active ingredients are epoxiconazole, 62.5 g/l, and pyraclostrobin, 62.5 g/l. Pyraclostrobin (F-500) is a fundamentally new product capable not only of effectively eliminating harmful fungi on many crops (cereals, grapes, vegetables, fruits), but also significantly enhancing plant vitality. On cereals, due to two different modes of action, Abacus® is able to control the entire spectrum of pathogens causing leaf and head diseases.
Advantages:
Application of the fungicide promotes an additional physiological effect, resulting in more efficient uptake of nitrogen fertilizers, drought resistance, prevention of early maturation, and increased sugar production. Thus, Abacus® helps fully realize the genetic potential of the plant under prevailing conditions and obtain maximum grain yield.
Other advantages of the product include strong curative action; ensuring excellent results even if the disease is unknown or undetected; prolonged protective action (nearly 50% longer compared to all existing azoles); compatibility with other fungicides, herbicides, and insecticides used on cereal crops.
Main advantages:
• complete protection of cereal crops against fungal diseases in the field;
• protective action period up to 60 days;
• optimization of plant physiological processes: everything works towards maximum yield;
• increased plant resistance to adverse environmental factors;
• improved seed germination quality and technological characteristics of grain.
Application recommendations:
Seed treatments should be carried out upon the first signs of any disease or prophylactically, at a rate of 1.5–1.75 L/ha. Optimal application periods for winter wheat are 32–39 growth stages, and for winter barley — 32–49.
Protective action period:
Up to 5–6 weeks.
