Description Bazoran
Effective post-emergence selective contact herbicide in water solution against broadleaf weeds (including those resistant to 2,4-D and 2,4-D) on crops: winter and spring wheat, rye, barley, oats, spring cereals with subseeded alfalfa or clover, sorghum, rice, corn, beans, flax, soybean, hops, alfalfa, clover, peppermint, annual ryegrass.
Compatibility
Bazoran, 48% a.s. can be used in mixtures with other products (herbicides, fungicides, foliar fertilizers, plant growth regulators). The product is not recommended for tank mixing with herbicides based on the active ingredient clethodim.
Application Features
The mechanism of action of Bazoran, 48% a.s. is initially based on an irreversible process blocking photosynthetic electron transport. Due to this reaction, the assimilation of CO2 is interrupted and the plant, after a brief growth stop, dies. After absorption, the active ingredient moves through the plant via intercellular spaces and vascular bundles. The strength and direction of the active ingredient depend on the degree of absorption, application site, plant type, growth stage, and environmental conditions. The active ingredient primarily moves from the base to the apex. Favorable weather conditions for plant growth enhance absorption and improve the herbicide's effect.
After application of Bazoran, 48% a.s., there should be no rain or irrigation for about 4 hours to allow the active ingredient to penetrate weeds. Visible signs of weed suppression appear 1-7 days after application, and complete weed death occurs approximately 10-14 days later. For maximum effectiveness, weed leaves and stems must be adequately covered by the working solution.
Cultivation should be carried out under favorable weather conditions for plant growth (from +10°C to +25°C). Cool weather slows the visible effect of the herbicide. Most sensitive crops (beans) are recommended to be sprayed under cloudy conditions and at temperatures below 20°C (e.g., late evening or early morning). Variety sensitivity should be considered. Application is not recommended if nighttime frosts are expected.
Advantages
selective contact herbicide against annual broadleaf weeds on soybean and bean crops
