Rodos

Endive Rhodes is an early-maturing chicory lettuce variety, distinguished by a dense semi-erect rosette of leaves about 20 cm high and approximately 30 cm in diameter. The leaves are light green, cut, with a wide-elliptic core of the same shade, giving the product a delicate appearance and pleasant texture.

The crop plant reaches a weight of up to 700 g, and the yield is about 6 kg/m². Due to early maturity and compact form, Rhodes is conveniently used both in open ground and in protected conditions – this makes it a popular choice for gardeners and gardeners wishing to quickly get fresh salad.
