Description Bolero
Bolero is decorative exotic vegetation representing a perennial purple-red echinacea. The plant reaches up to one meter in height, and large succulent flowers with a diameter up to 15 cm attract attention with bright pinkish-purple shades and a noticeable convex center. Due to its resistance to adverse conditions, Bolero is easily grown both in open ground and in pots, preferring sunny places with drained soils.

Echinacea is renowned for its healing properties: more than fifty preparations are produced from it, used for infectious diseases, digestive disorders, skin and urinary tract issues. In folk medicine, stimulation of the central nervous system and improved potency are noted. Bolero, as a variety of echinacea, retains these biologically active substances, making it valuable not only in decorative gardening.

For cultivation, it is recommended to start with seedling plants: after two true leaves appear, they are transplanted to their permanent location at a height of 4–5 cm. When planting in open ground, the distance between plants should be about 30–35 cm to ensure sufficient space for bush development. Bolero combines well with asters, delphinium, and coreopsis, creating bright flower beds and rows in decorative gardens.
