Delphinium SPRING SNOW

Aesthetics and Durability in Landscape Design

The 'Vesenniy Sneg' (Spring Snow) Delphinium, supplied by 'Sovkhoz Marfino', is a perennial herb chosen for creating vertical accents in garden beds. This variety stands out for its high ornamental value and ability to maintain its flower spike structure even under moderate wind loads, making it a sought-after choice for landscaping private gardens and park areas.

Application Scenarios and Cultivation

The primary task when planting this delphinium is creating stable color patches. Thanks to its wide palette of shades (white, pink, purple, blue), the variety allows for the implementation of complex color schemes:

• Background Plantings: High flower stalks are ideal for the back of mixed borders, creating a vibrant wall of color.
• Group Compositions: Single or small group plantings of 'Vesenniy Sneg' look impressive near building facades, along fences, or around structures.
• Cut Flowers: The plant possesses sufficient inflorescence density for use in floral arrangements.

To achieve maximum productivity, 'Sovkhoz Marfino' recommends planting this hybrid in well-lit areas with fertile, well-drained soil. Proper irrigation and fertilization are key elements of cultivation, as intense blooming requires significant nutrient uptake from the soil. In regions prone to strong winds, it is advisable to stake the flower stalks to prevent damage to the plant's decorative structure.

This variety is highly valued for its predictable blooming and harmonious color blending, which significantly simplifies the work of landscape designers and gardeners when planning perennial flower beds.
