Description ORES
Blackcurrant variety Ores — one of the new early Polish breeding varieties, characterized by a compact bush with moderate growth and dense crown. The clusters are short and of moderate length, and the berries are black, fairly large, weighing 1.5 to 2 grams. The berries have a pleasant tart-sweet flavor, making them an excellent choice for fresh consumption as well as processing into juices, concentrates, and other products.

The Ores variety is distinguished by high yield and ripens in the first decade of July, allowing for an early harvest. The berries tolerate harvesting and transportation well, making this variety convenient for industrial cultivation and marketing. Moreover, the variety exhibits high frost resistance and resistance to fungal diseases such as American powdery mildew, currant rust, as well as pests including mites.

Due to its disease resistance and adaptability to the climatic conditions of Ukraine, blackcurrant Ores is successfully cultivated in our country. This variety is suitable for traditional industrial processing, integrated, and hobby gardening, making it versatile and popular among gardeners and producers.
