Beet sugar BALI is a mid-late hybrid developed by SESVANDERHAVE and registered in Sweden, the Netherlands, and Ukraine. This diploid N-type hybrid is characterized by high yield and sugar content, reaching up to 18%, ensuring high sugar harvest potential. It is recommended for late harvesting and features good storability in heaps, facilitating harvest storage.

The BALI hybrid exhibits high ecological plasticity, allowing it to consistently show high performance regardless of weather conditions. It is resistant to major sugar beet diseases, including cercosporosis, rhizomania, and root rots, and has moderate resistance to powdery mildew and ramulariosis. Additionally, BALI is nematode-resistant and drought-tolerant, making it a reliable choice for various climatic zones, including the Polissia and forest-steppe regions.

To achieve maximum productivity, it is recommended to maintain a planting density of 90–115 thousand plants per hectare with a seeding rate of approximately 1.3 seeding units per hectare. Root crop yields may reach 110 tons per hectare, confirming the high efficiency of this hybrid in agronomic use.
