SHALUNISHKA

Cucumber Shalunishka F1 is an early, fast-maturing parthenocarpic hybrid that begins fruiting 42-45 days after germination. This variety is suitable for cultivation under various conditions: in greenhouses, open ground, and under temporary plastic coverings. The plant is medium-height and medium-branched, with a bouquet-type fruit set — 2-4 fruits form on the main stem, and up to 8 on lateral branches, ensuring uniform and abundant fruiting.

The fruits of cucumber Shalunishka are bright green, cylindrical, 10-12 cm long, and 3.5-4.0 cm in diameter. The zucchini are bumpy, white-stemmed, weighing 90-100 grams, with uniform size, high aromatic quality, durability, and storability. These qualities make them ideal for pickling, marinating, and preparing fresh salads. The hybrid is resistant to major cucumber diseases, contributing to stable yields reaching 10.3-11.5 kg per square meter.

For successful cultivation, it is recommended to sow seedlings in late April, followed by transplanting into the ground at the 3-4 true leaf stage in late May to early June. Direct sowing into the ground is also possible in May-June. The optimal planting scheme is 30x70 cm, providing sufficient space for plant development and maximum yield.
