Cucumber Market — a fast-maturing parthenocarpic hybrid that starts fruiting 43-48 days after germination. This variety is predominantly female-flowering, which contributes to high yield and fruit quality. The cucumbers have a cylindrical shape, slightly tapering toward the base, measuring 9-11 cm in length and weighing 90-100 g. They are large-buckled, green with white stripes and brownish bumps. The fruits are free of bitterness, sweet-tasting, and have a dense texture, making them ideal for pickling and homemade preserves.

The Market hybrid shows relatively good resistance to root rot, as well as to true and false powdery mildew, ensuring stable yields even under adverse conditions. The plant is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under temporary plastic coverings, expanding its cultivation possibilities across various climate zones.

For planting, seeds should be sown indoors in early May and transplanted into open ground at the end of May — beginning of June, when the plants have two to three true leaves. The optimal planting scheme is 40x40 cm. Yield per plant is 4-5 kg, making this variety attractive for both private gardens and commercial cultivation.
