Cucumber FIRSTCHOK is a parthenocarpic hybrid designed for cultivation both in protected and open ground. This variety is ultra-early maturing: the period from germination to the start of fruiting is 32 to 40 days, allowing for an early harvest. The fruits are cylindrical, dark green with a white bloom and large, medium-density bumps. The length of the cucumbers varies from 8 to 13 cm, and the weight is 70 to 100 grams. Three to four fruit buds form at each node, contributing to high yield.

FIRSTCHOK exhibits high resistance to major cucumber diseases, including cladosporiosis, cucumber mosaic virus, powdery mildew, and false powdery mildew, as well as relative resistance to downy mildew. These traits make it a reliable choice for cultivation in various climatic conditions and help reduce crop losses.

For successful cultivation, it is recommended to sow seeds directly into the soil or through seedlings transplanted after the threat of frost has passed. The planting depth should be 2-3 cm, and seedlings should be covered with plastic film to create an optimal microclimate. Plants are grown in rows with 70x15 cm spacing between rows. Care includes regular weeding, soil loosening, frequent watering with warm water, and 2-3 feedings during the vegetative period. Cucumbers FIRSTCHOK are ideal for pickling and salting due to their taste qualities and firm fruit structure.
