Cucumber Cocktail

Cocktail — early-maturing parthenocarpic cucumber hybrid, suitable for cultivation in greenhouses and open ground. From germination to the first harvest takes approximately 45-50 days. The plant features shortened internodes and female flowering, with 2 to 4 fruits forming at each node. Planting density in greenhouses is 2-3 plants per square meter, and seedlings aged 20-25 days can be used for planting. The hybrid requires regular feeding to ensure high yield. Fruits are cylindrical, 10-12 cm long and weighing 60-90 grams. The skin is thin, green with short stripes and medium ribbing. The flesh is very juicy and crisp, making them especially appealing for fresh consumption and salad preparation. The taste of the fruits is rated as good to excellent, highlighting their suitability for salads. Yield in greenhouse conditions reaches 14-16 kg per square meter. Fruit set occurs sequentially, so daily harvest is recommended to ensure uninterrupted feeding of developing cucumbers and maintain steady yield growth. Due to its characteristics and taste qualities, the 'Cocktail' variety is an excellent choice for those who prefer fresh, juicy cucumbers.
