Maize TRUASCI KS

Focus on High-Quality Silage

French breeding by Pms Industries S. A. offers a specialized solution for farms focused on intensive livestock production. The "Troisies Ks" is a three-way hybrid corn variety that demonstrates consistent performance in moderate climates. Its selection is primarily driven by its specific biological profile tailored for forage production.

Agronomic Advantages

The flint-dent grain type provides an ideal balance between moisture dry-down speed and nutritional value. In the field, this offers agronomists a wider harvest window for silage, allowing the plant to maintain high green mass while the kernels accumulate sufficient starch. For the livestock sector, this is a critical metric, as starch content and fiber digestibility directly dictate cattle productivity.

• Silage Specialization: Primarily cultivated to produce high-energy, well-balanced forage.
• Operational Efficiency: The three-way hybridization scheme ensures crop uniformity and predictable yield, simplifying forage harvesting logistics.
• Adaptability: French genetics from the originator in Airaines, France, are adapted to variable weather patterns, ensuring a stable yield of dry matter per hectare.

Cultivating "Troisies Ks" is an excellent strategy for operations where feed conversion efficiency is a priority. When managed with proper agronomic practices, this hybrid produces high-energy silage, reducing reliance on expensive purchased feed during the winter months. It serves as a reliable tool for optimizing the production costs of milk and beef.
