PX 1 C 9 N is a third-generation complex chelated microfertilizer specially developed for fertilizing corn, sorghum, and millet. It contains essential macronutrients and micronutrients such as nitrogen (N), potassium (K), sulfur (S), magnesium (Mg), as well as micronutrients copper (Cu), iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), zinc (Zn), boron (B), molybdenum (Mo), and cobalt (Co), chelated with EDTA. This combination of nutrients promotes improved nutrient uptake by plants, tissue regeneration, and optimized mineral nutrition, ultimately increasing corn yield by 12% and more. The recommended dosage is 0.5 liters per 10 liters of water per ton of seed material. Additionally, corn positively responds to the application of carbamide-ammonia mixture (KAS), which contains all three forms of nitrogen — nitrate, ammonium, and amide — in plant-available forms. KAS can be used as a main fertilizer, incorporated into plowing or cultivation, or as a topdressing during leaf stages 3-5 and from the appearance of 9-10 leaves until full panicle emergence. It is important to consider application conditions: when air temperature exceeds +20°C, the fertilizer should be applied in the early morning or late evening hours, and application should be avoided immediately after rainfall or heavy dew to prevent chemical burns on plants. Liquid microfertilizers like PX 1 C 9 N provide plants with necessary micronutrients in optimal doses, eliminating the risk of over-fertilization and promoting effective corn nutrition. This approach allows for increased yield and quality of the crop, ensuring balanced mineral nutrition throughout all growth and development stages.
