The hybrid sweet corn "Marseille" is a mid-season interline hybrid with a vegetation period of 110 to 118 days. Developed and produced in Ukraine by LLC "Agro Rhythm", it is characterized by high yield, reaching 145-155 centners per hectare. Seeds are supplied in packages of 80,000 units, sufficient for sowing on areas from 1.2 to 1.5 hectares. Seed treatment includes fungicide protection and growth stimulant, promoting successful plant development and enhancing their resistance to adverse conditions.
One of the key features of the "Marseille" hybrid is its remontancy and ability to quickly release moisture during ripening, allowing harvest at basic grain moisture levels. This significantly simplifies harvesting and reduces losses. The hybrid has high cold resistance and can be sown at soil temperatures as low as +8°C, extending sowing periods and improving adaptability to climatic conditions. Additionally, "Marseille" is resistant to diseases such as Fusarium ear rot and common rust, ensuring stable yields.
Plants are characterized by a powerful and branched root system, which contributes to high compensatory capacity and stress resistance. Due to these qualities, the hybrid is suitable for cultivation across all of Ukraine, providing reliable and high-quality sweet corn yields.
