Maize KWS NEVO

Stable yields for the sweet corn segment

Selecting seeds for the vegetable corn market requires a strategic approach, where both yield volume and ear aesthetics are paramount. KWS «KVS Nevo» is a simple hybrid of German breeding, specifically engineered for high-quality sweet corn production. It is used both in large-scale industrial operations for processing and for supply to the fresh produce market.

Practical agronomic advantages

In the field, this hybrid demonstrates high predictability, which is crucial for scheduling harvest operations. Thanks to KWS genetics, «KVS Nevo» efficiently utilizes soil potential, consistently producing well-filled, uniform ears with excellent marketability. Farmers favor this hybrid for its consistency: the variety responds well to intensive fertilization programs and timely irrigation.

Operational application

• Fresh Market: Its attractive appearance and superior flavor profile ensure quick sales during peak seasons.
• Processing: Cannery facilities highly value this hybrid for its high sugar content and excellent grain texture, which retains its quality after heat treatment.

When planning your planting season, note that to fully unlock the hybrid's potential, proper seedbed preparation and adequate spatial isolation—especially when planting alongside other maturity groups—are essential. «KVS Nevo» acts as a reliable link in your farm's value chain, ensuring consistent returns from the vegetable sector.
