Maize CORN KSS 3264

Working with the KSS 3264 Hybrid

When working with seed material from RAT, the first thing you notice is the uniformity of germination. KSS 3264 provides a predictable outcome: the consistent start allows for planning agronomic operations without unnecessary stress.

A critical factor for any farming operation is controlling the European corn borer. Using KSS 3264 significantly reduces the pesticide load. In intensive farming, where every tractor pass costs money, the hybrid's natural resistance to this pest is not just a marketing claim, but actual savings on insecticide protection and preservation of stalk integrity until harvest time.

Operational Features

• Field Performance: The stalk is strong, which minimizes the risk of lodging during late harvest windows. This facilitates the combine operator's work and reduces grain losses at the header.
• Moisture Release: The hybrid shows stable moisture loss rates, allowing for timely harvesting without overspending on grain drying costs.
• Adaptability: It responds well to fertilizer applications but does not require "extreme" technology to reach its full potential. It behaves predictably in crop rotation and withstands environmental pressures well.

Managing crops with this hybrid requires standard monitoring. KSS 3264 forgives minor delays in sowing while maintaining the declared stand density. It is a reliable choice for those looking for the right balance between seed costs and bottom-line profitability per hectare. Within the regional climatic zone, this hybrid from RAT proves to be a reliable “workhorse” that does not fail under stressful weather conditions.
