Corn CremenЬ MV is a medium-early trihybrid with FAO index 210, characterized by high and stable yield. This hybrid is widely used for grain, silage, and food production, making it a versatile choice for various processing purposes. CremenЬ MV is characterized by profitable seed production and is suitable for cultivation in Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus, including forest-steppe and steppe zones.
Plants reach a height of 250-270 cm, have ear length of about 23-24 cm, and contain 12-16 rows of kernels, with up to 40 kernels per row. The 1000-kernel weight varies within 260-280 grams, indicating large and dense kernels. The hybrid exhibits lodging resistance of 6 points and resistance to major diseases and pests at 7 points, ensuring reliable yields even under adverse conditions. CremenЬ MV also demonstrates good drought and heat tolerance.
The hybrid does not tiller and has approximately 15 leaves on the main stem, which contributes to efficient photosynthesis and plant development. The potential dry grain yield is 120-125 centners per hectare, with average yields reaching 13 tons per hectare. Prolonged stand may result in partial lodging, but overall, the hybrid responds well to high agronomic inputs, enabling stable and high yields with proper agronomic practices.
