Krechet is an early-maturing hybrid of sweet corn with high productivity potential under various growing conditions. It is distinguished by resistance to imidazolinones, providing reliable weed control and promoting stable growth. The hybrid demonstrates high oil content, exceeding 50%, making it especially valuable for producing oil-rich crops.
One of the key features of Krechet is its high stress tolerance. The hybrid consistently shows good performance under drought conditions as well as under excessive moisture, enabling its use across different climatic zones. Additionally, it exhibits resistance to strains A–E of stalk borer and lodging, significantly reducing yield losses and improving quality.
The potential yield of the hybrid is over 47 c/ha at optimal planting density of 55–60 thousand plants per hectare. Plant height reaches 170–180 cm, which supports good growth and yield formation. Thanks to the combination of high productivity, resistance to adverse conditions, and superior quality characteristics, Krechet is a reliable choice for farmers aiming to achieve a stable and high yield of sweet corn.
