Versatile Hybrid for Diverse Agricultural Needs

The ХХП 18 maize hybrid by NPK Selektsiya is engineered for growers who prioritize flexibility. Designed to serve both the livestock feed market and the food processing industry, this hybrid provides a strategic advantage by allowing producers to adjust their sales strategy based on current market demand.

Agronomic Management and Density

A distinctive feature of ХХП 18 is its precise response to planting density. With a recommended population of 80,000 to 85,000 plants per hectare, this hybrid thrives under intensive management practices. It effectively utilizes high input levels, making it ideal for fields with reliable soil fertility and moisture management systems.

Pros and Cons for Growers

• Strengths: The hybrid stands out due to its high nutritional value, making it suitable for food-grade processing and high-quality livestock fodder. Consistent yields provide a stable harvest base.
• Management Considerations: Strict adherence to planting rates is vital. Over-seeding may lead to competition for resources, which can hinder ear development and grain filling.

For operations looking for a multi-purpose hybrid that delivers both in the feed bunker and on the processing floor, ХХП 18 offers a reliable and scientifically backed solution from NPK Selektsiya.
