The GAZDA M71 grain mill is powerful and reliable equipment designed for crushing various types of grain, including wheat, oats, rye, barley, as well as corn cobs. It is ideally suited for preparing compound feed for domestic animals and poultry such as quails, chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, pigs, goats, and cows. Crushed grain can be used on its own, as part of compound feed, or for further extrusion. The maximum productivity of the unit reaches 250 kg of grain per hour, ensuring high efficiency. The grain mill's construction includes a single-phase electric motor with 1700 W power, operating on 220 V. Control is performed via a button located directly on the motor, ensuring ease and safety during operation, allowing for quick machine shutdown in emergencies. The hammer mill is made from special ST 45 steel, 3 mm thick, and is equipped with 20 hammers, of which 16 are movable and 4 are fixed. For corn crushing, cutting blades are welded bilaterally to the outermost disc, ensuring quality crushing. Special attention is paid to adjusting the grinding fraction: at the bottom of the drum, two sieves are installed, which can be shifted relative to each other, changing the size of the holes and thus adjusting the grain mill to crush grain to any required fraction. The spacious 10-liter hopper, made from durable polypropylene, resists rot and corrosion, securely fastened to the body with four bolts and surpasses many metal counterparts in strength. This design ensures convenient loading and equipment longevity.
