Hendrixx corn is a mid-early simple hybrid with a cream-colored, dent-type kernel, intended for grain production. Seeds are supplied in packages of 50,000 units and are characterized by high growth energy and resistance to adverse conditions. Plants have below-average height, with 34 to 36 kernels per row and 12-14 rows of kernels, with a 1000-seed mass of 290-310 grams. The hybrid is distinguished by high cold and drought resistance, as well as resistance to stalk and ear fusarium, ensuring stable yields under various climatic conditions. Recommended planting density varies depending on the moisture zone: in well-watered conditions — approximately 72-75 thousand plants per hectare, in less favorable conditions — approximately 68-72 thousand.
Hendrixx corn is ideally suited for cultivation in the Polesie and forest-steppe regions, where traditional herbicide protection systems are applied. Due to its agronomic characteristics, this hybrid ensures efficient use of soil and water resources, contributing to the production of high-quality grain with high yield.
Additionally, Hendrixx corn can be used in pig feed formulations, providing the necessary protein and energy levels for animals at various growth stages. When combined with vitamin-mineral additives and premixes such as Hendrix 5%, it contributes to improved metabolic processes, immune support, and disease prevention in pigs. For optimal feeding efficiency, it is recommended to maintain biological safety, conduct preventive veterinary measures, and use balanced feed formulations tailored to the age and weight of the animals.
