The hybrid corn DKS 3452 is a medium-early simple hybrid with dent-type grain and yellow-orange coloring. The plant is characterized by high stature and medium leaf width, with distinctive strong anthocyanic pigmentation in the sheath of the first leaf, roots, and cob stalk. The cob is short, thick, and slightly conical, with a small stalk and few rows of kernels. Leaves are slightly curved, and the tassel has medium spikelet density with characteristic lateral branch arrangement. The hybrid demonstrates moderate resistance to stalk rot and low susceptibility to Fusarium and ear mold, enhancing its reliability in field conditions. DKS 3452 is adapted to various climatic zones, including the forest-steppe, steppe, and lowland areas, confirmed by high yields: up to 81.9 c/ha in the forest-steppe, 79.2 c/ha in the lowland, and 55.2 c/ha in the steppe. The hybrid exhibits high drought resistance (7.9–8.8 points), lodging resistance (8.9–9 points), and disease resistance (9 points), making it a reliable choice for regions with variable moisture levels. Recommended planting density at harvest is 65–75 thousand plants per hectare, depending on soil moisture conditions. The hybrid performs well on light soils and shows cold tolerance. At harvest, grain moisture is approximately 24.1 %, which is lower than standard values, facilitating storage and processing of the crop. The maximum yield recorded in the Belgorod region reached 123.2 c/ha, indicating the hybrid’s high potential under optimal growing conditions. DKS 3452 is intended for grain use and is suitable for cultivation in areas with sufficient but unstable moisture, ensuring stable and high yields.
