The kernels are dent-type with high starch content exceeding 72%, making this hybrid suitable for grain, silage, and biofuel production, including bioethanol and biogas. Ear attachment height is 110-116 cm, and 1000-kernel weight varies from 330 to 390 g.

DKC4741 demonstrates high resistance to various stress factors and diseases. The hybrid shows high tolerance to drought (rating 9), lodging (9), helmintosporiosis (8), head smut (9), and fusarium (8-9). It adapts well to various soil-climate conditions, including zones with insufficient and sufficient moisture levels. Recommended planting density is 70-75 thousand plants per hectare under sufficient moisture and 60-65 thousand under insufficient moisture.
