SI Chorintos — a mid-early hybrid corn, distinguished by high and stable yields under various soil-climate conditions, including steppes, forest-steppes, and meadows. The hybrid has a dent-type kernel and is suitable for both grain and silage purposes. Due to its highly adaptive nature, SI Chorintos exhibits rapid growth during early vegetative stages and quick kernel moisture loss during maturation, facilitating timely harvest and reducing moisture loss. The average grain yield upon threshing is 79.2–81.9%, with protein content in the grain of 8.8–9.2% and starch content of 72.8–73.5%.

The hybrid demonstrates high resistance to major corn diseases, including gray leaf spot, root and stalk rot, and helminthosporium. Additionally, seeds are treated with modern insecticides such as Forza Zea and VIBRANS, which provide protection against soil pests and stimulate root system development, helping the plant withstand stressful conditions. For optimal efficacy of insecticides, sowing should be conducted at soil temperatures no lower than +6...+8 °C, avoiding cold conditions.

Recommended cultivation practices include early sowing with optimal plant density depending on soil moisture: 60-70 thousand plants per hectare under sufficient moisture, and 40-50 thousand under insufficient moisture.
